MISSION

MACH2’s mission is to add value to the lives of our residents in a way that no other property management company has done before. Using our online management system we are able to provide clients with a simple and convenient experience while simultaneously focusing on a lifestyle oriented business plan.
The system we have developed creates ease of service through a user-friendly, online portal. Here, residents can go online to pay their rent/condo fees, request maintenance services, view reports, or simply ask a question. By streamlining these services, we have been able to establish a community-oriented lifestyle for our residents, providing services and amenities that are not available anywhere else.

We have worked diligently to build relationships with popular lifestyle brands and local companies that play a large role in our daily lives outside of the home. By teaming up with local restaurants and businesses, as well as larger companies like Uber and Comcast, we are able to provide MACH2 clients with access to exclusive discounts and private amenities. Some of these services include: mobile Comcast installation, dry cleaning, dog walking, and daycare services.

First hand experience with buyers, sellers, renters, and owners has given us insight to the kind of environment people want to live in. Our aim is to create a lifestyle based social platform through property management.
